Property Management Services

Investment Brokers and Associates proudly offers the following services:

  • Full service listings
    We can handle preliminary maintenance for you (cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting), no need to get the house rent ready before handing it over to us. We’ll take photos and list the house on MLS and the web. As members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, our properties are advertised on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for any licensed realtor to show to their clients. Our management software, AppFolio, generates ads which are auto-syndicated to public websites such as Craigslist, Hotpads, Zillow, Trulia, Rental Homes Plus, and many more.
  • Tenant Screening
    Applicants are thoroughly screened. We run credit checks, national criminal background checks, eviction searches (available in all 50 states), rental history verification with previous landlords, employment verification and/or proof of income, as well as documenting photo identity.
  • Detailed Accounting
    Collect all rental income and utility reimbursements (if applicable) and provide computerized, detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements. Document and maintain tenants’ deposits in a separate account.
  • In House Maintenance
    Ensure all required maintenance is handled in a timely manner. We handle all maintenance, to the extent of their various expertise, in house. Our trusted small business partners handle everything from plumbing to roofing, painting to pigeon removal, roofing, and electrical work. Except for emergency purposes (i.e. HVAC related and water damage to the property, maintenance requests over $250 will be subject to pre-approval.) Provide 24-hour emergency service as necessary.

How it Works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.



Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
